Location: beach 12 miles, shops, restaurants and pubs all within 4.5 miles. Parking for 4 cars.

At the town s railway station, you can join the traffic free Tarka Trail, perfect for cyclists and walkers. Bike hire is available from Fremington Quay. Also within easy reach are Combe Martin, Braunton Nature Reserve, Exmoor National Park, and coastal resorts such as Lynton and Lynmouth.
