For those wishing to explore, 500 yards away is Exmoor National Park where you can enjoy walking on the moor. Visit the ancient clapper bridge, Tarr Steps, and the pub overlooking the River Barle. Dulverton is 4 miles away and has a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. A host of country pursuits within easy reach include walking, fly and sea fishing, pony trekking, game and clay pigeon shooting, bird watching and mountain biking.
