Nearby attractions are plentiful, Pecorama Gardens offering an indoor and outdoor play area as well as rides on the Light Railway. Crealy Adventure Park, and numerous National Trust properties, however, fun is only a few steps from the front door of this property, the owners are happy for you to visit the farm animals to witness or help with the seasonal workings of a dairy farm. The historic Regency seaside town of Sidmouth is popular with families and couples, with clean beaches and an increasing number of festivals each year Literary festival, Folk festival and the towns Regatta all offer a memorable holiday. The house offers two bedrooms one double with hand basin and one bedroom with twin bed. The family bathroom has a shower over bath and WC. The large lounge/diner has a Smart TV and DVD and the dining area leads into the well equipped kitchen. Should you prefer to stay in and cook than go out, this kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, washing machine, dishwasher and many useful extras. Outside the property is an enclosed garden to the rear with garden furniture for outdoor dining or relaxing and a BBQ. Shared use of a lawn area to the side of the property with a trampoline, great for relaxing or playing games. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the animals on the farm and are welcome to watch milking, help feed the calves and join in other farm activities. Ample off road parking is available..
