Stepping into the ground floor of this attractive semi detached barn conversion property, you will find yourself in the inviting open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with its beamed ceiling and homely atmosphere. Two sofas provide guests with a comfortable spot in which to relax with a book, or enjoy a film on the TV/DVD. The dining table comfortably seats four, behind which the kitchen area running along one side of the room is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, both with sloping ceilings, and therefore some reduced head height. The first of these is a double room which benefits from its own TV, whilst the second is a pleasant twin room. The shower room with its shower and WC is also located on the first floor. Heading outside, the property has a delightful enclosed patio garden with a table and chairs from which you can enjoy views over the surrounding fields. Guests are also able to make use of a shared games room which offers a snooker table, dartboard, and a table football table. The property is located on a non working part of the owners organic farm, but they are always happy to show guests around and introduce them to the resident sheep and chickens.
