The Tarka Trail is just a few minutes away and is perfect for walkers, with some lovely riverside views along the former railway line. Other attractions include Tapeley Park, The Big Sheep and National Trust Arlington Court. In the evenings relax on the terrace and enjoy the sunsets or enjoy village hospitality in the local pub. From the entrance there is a lounge/diner which is a great place for entertaining, with superb views across the roof tops and the estuary to Appledore and beyond. And comfy sofas for relaxing after a day exploring in front of the TV with DVD player. The kitchen also enjoys incredible views and has everything you need if you don't want to go out to each. With electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment. The handy utility room has a washing machine and separate WC. Along the hall you will find the Master king size bedroom with more stunning views of the river. There is also a twin bedroom and spacious bathroom comprising of bath with shower over, WC and bidet. Outside of the property to the front is a terrace area with seating and wonderful views. To the rear is a lawned area with summer house. But please note although this garden is private, it is not fully enclosed. There is a double garage which provides ample storage for surf boards and wetsuits and a driveway giving off road parking for several cars.
