Perfect for exploring York or the independent cafes and market at Pocklington whilst further afield why not spend a day at the beach at Bridlington or Robin Hoods Bay. For those who enjoy walking or cycling there are plenty of great routes on the doorstep. Brimming with character, this beautiful cottage has been renovated to a high standard, using wood reclaimed from the farm it is full of wonderful features. The open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area has comfortable sofas, a warming electric stove with flame effect and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen runs along one side of the room and has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and washer/dryer as well as a fabulous hand crafted breakfast bar seating 6. The first of three bedrooms is located on the ground floor: a stunning king size room with en suite shower room with WC. Upstairs, there are two further king size bedrooms which are finished to the same high standard. The first has an impressive free standing bath for some quality 'me time' as well as a four poster bed, giving the room a luxurious feel, there is also an en suite shower and WC. The third bedroom equally grand with a sumptuous king size bed, its own freestanding bath and separate W/C. A stable door at the rear of the property opens onto a private courtyard with garden furniture ideal for warmer nights. In addition to this, guests have access to the fantastic shared games room which is well equipped with a snooker table, table tennis, air hockey, and table football. Ample on site parking available..
