This ground floor apartment is one of four apartments in this small block and offers comfortable accommodation for four. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner has a large corner sofa, a dining table seating four, a TV/DVD. To the rear of the room, the kitchen area is set back in its own area, and is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, whilst a separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two bedrooms: a spacious king size room, and a relaxing twin. The apartment s bathroom has a shower over bath and WC. Outside, the property benefits from a lovely lawned garden, with a BBQ and garden furniture, which is set right on the river itself, with stunning views across the estuary to Instow and down to the Torridge Bridge.
