Sleeps 6. Bedrooms: 1 double, 1 triple accessed down two stairs and 1 single. Bathroom: with shower over bath, separate shower and WC. Lounge: with Smart TV with Netflix, Ruark Audio with DAB radio, Bluetooth and French doors to outside. Kitchen/diner: large and accessed down a few small steps from the lounge, with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi Fi included. Ample private off road parking. Regret no pets. Shared courtyard with garden furniture and BBQ. Access to 23 acres of farmland with sheep, chickens and horses, picnic areas, climbing frame, slide and swing, walks and access to public footpaths. Leisure facilities: shared heated outdoor swimming pool (open from May to the end of September, weather permitting), changing room and WC. It is possible to let the whole site if all properties are available, and in which case please call for prices and to enquire. Shops 2 miles, beach 1 mile.

A couple of steps lead you down in to the large kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and door to outside. At the front of the property is the shared courtyard with garden furniture and BBQ. Leisure facilities: shared heated outdoor swimming pool (open from May to the end of September, weather permitting), changing room and WC.
