The room has been beautifully restored with exposed beams and the original stairs have been kept as a feature behind the fireplace. Enter through the archway which takes you into the impressive kitchen with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The utility room with washer/dryer is just off the kitchen and will lead you to a shower room with shower and WC. Head up to the first floor where you will find two bedrooms, one master double bedroom, a twin bedroom and finishing off the accommodation is a bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. A beautifully maintained enclosed rear garden can be accessed either from the lounge or utility area, you will find a good sized patio just off the lounge with garden furniture, ideal for al fresco dining, with a further patio at the top of the garden. You are truly spoilt for choice when it comes to outdoor eating. Hot and cold taps are installed, with a tin doggy bath provided, to give your furry friends a relaxing bath after a day of exploring the local area..
