Enjoy country walks along the bridal path just outside the property which can take you to Tonbridge or Tunbridge Wells. Along the way there are many different trails to follow including Pembury Walks, Capel, Tudeley Woods RSPB nature reserve, which has an extensive area of mixed woodland, heathland and wildflower meadows. Other local attractions include Tonbridge with the imposing castle, the National Trust properties at Chartwell, former home of Winston Churchill, Ightham Mote, Scotney Castle, Leeds Castle and Hever Castle the childhood home of Anne Boleyn. Why not take a day trip to France with the Channel Tunnel only an hour away. Enter the property through the open plan lounge/kitchen diner, with comfortable seating to relax and watch the TV in the lounge area. There is a breakfast bar as you enter the kitchen with room for dining for two. The well equipped kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, Nespresso Coffee Maker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. Upstairs, guests will find an airy double bedroom with en suite bathroom with hand held shower over bath and WC. Guest can relax on the garden furniture outside cottage and also have access to owner s garden, guests can borrow mountain bikes by arrangement. There is off road parking for 1 car.
