Four bedrooms one double, one twin and two singles. 2 bathrooms: One family shower room and one en suite bathroom with bath. Induction hob, electric oven, Aga, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer plus cloakroom. Travel cot, high chair and two stair gates. Inglenook fireplace with open fire in lounge, initial kindling/wood supplied. TV in the lounge and TV and DVD player in the dining room. Wi Fi available. Enclosed garden with patio furniture and Charcoal BBQ. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets. Off street parking for one car. Five minute drive to Winchelsea Beach. 7 and 14 nights holidays from Mondays only. Short breaks from any other start day may be possible, please call to enquire.

The medieval seaside town of Rye is less than three miles away, which boasts independent cafes, shops and restaurants offering freshly caught seafood and collectable antiques. The front door opens into a porch through to the inviting sitting room. With exposed ceiling beams, leaded windows and a large inglenook fireplace housing an open fire, this is a cosy yet spacious room in which to unwind with a good book or a film. The kitchen beyond is light and bright with a sloped ceiling and large windows. Decorated in a farmhouse style with stone floor tiles, an Aga and wooden worktops, it contains everything you should need throughout your day. There is a smaller round table in the kitchen that s perfect for breakfasts and lunches, while a separate dining room with a beamed ceiling and feature fireplace is ideal for evening meals. On the first floor, the master bedroom with double bed enjoys spectacular views across to Rye and Camber through a long leaded window, while both the walls and ceiling are lined with exposed beams. This room benefits from an en suite bathroom with WC, while the charming twin bedroom next door shares a bathroom with separate shower and WC. On the second floor you ll find two attic single bedrooms, ideal for children as they have lower ceilings. Outside, a pretty courtyard with charcoal BBQ and table and chairs gives way to a lawned garden above, bordered by box hedging and mature shrubs..
