Both Lake Windermere and Coniston Water are a short drive away, each offering plenty of opportunities to take to the water. Grizedale Forest is only a short distance away, where thrill seeking visitors may like to try the zip wires and high ropes at the Go Ape centre. This apartment offers ground floor accommodation for four. The main living space is an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which offers stunning views over the lake, to the woodlands beyond. The owners have thoughtfully provided binoculars so that guests can make the most of the views. There is an electric fire here, as well as a TV, a DVD and CD.
