Located close to the Somerset/Dorset border, you are within easy reach of the historic towns of Castle Cary, Bruton and Sherborne with its famous castles. Many day trips are within easy reach of the property such as, the National Trust site of Stourhead, The Fleet Air Arm Museum, Haynes Motor Museum, Hauser & Wirth art gallery, Glastonbury with its Tor, Clarks Village at Street and Longleat Safari Park. If you fancy a trip to the seaside slightly further afield you will find Brean, Weston Super Mare or Burnham on Sea on the Somerset coast or Lyme Regis, West Bay or Charmouth on the Dorset coast. There is also the option to enjoy the owner's 4 acres of farmland, just a short stroll from the property, where you can meet the chickens, pigs and lambs. Upon entering this property, the stairs will lead you up to the spacious lounge/dining area, the high ceilings offer a real feeling of space.
