Only a short drive away are the coastal towns and beaches of Shaldon, Dawlish Warren and Ness Cove beach and the ancient city of Exeter with its imposing Gothic Cathedral, museums and underground passages is only a 30 minute drive. This area of Devon really does offer something for everyone. On entering this delightful three story property, you are greeted by the fabulous open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, showcasing original beams, stonework and a beautiful fire place with wood burner. This is a great space to sit back, relax and watch a movie or two after a long day of exploring the local surroundings. The kitchen area is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and you don t even need to do the dishes as there is a dishwasher to do the work for you. Heading up to the first floor you have two bedrooms, one king size and one single. You will also find the bathroom here with a shower and WC. Following the staircase up to the second floor you will find the master suite, with a king size bed and beautiful period features. Venture outside to the rear garden, where you will find a hot tub, pizza oven and garden furniture. To the front of the property you have a small enclosed garden great for your four legged friends.
