The River Wye is just a five minute walk away, where visitors may like to try their luck at fishing or perhaps just enjoy a relaxing waterside walk. This property offers the rare opportunity to stay in a lovingly maintained 14th century building, where the original features create a fantastic focal point in the rooms. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner on the first floor of the property has a wonderful wide arched window running along one side of it, affording spectacular views across the spacious shared gardens and beyond. There is comfortable seating here, arranged so that guests can enjoy those views, as well as the cosy wood burner, the TV and DVD. The dining area, meanwhile, has an impressively large table which can comfortably seat twelve guests, making it a setting to enjoy special meals and celebrations. The kitchen area behind the dining table is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. One of the bedrooms, a spacious quad room with four single beds, can be found on the second floor, and benefits from an en suite shower room with WC. The two remaining bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the property, both of which are attractive double rooms with en suite shower rooms.
