Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Wood burner (first basket free). TV/DVD in lounge and TV in snug. Wi Fi included (please note that due to its rural location the internet can be intermittent). Garden with table and chairs and built in charcoal BBQ under a covered area. Private parking for 1 car. Beach 5 miles, pub and village shop 3 miles. No Stag or Hen parties are the property.
