Simpson Ground Tarn, a beautiful body of water set amongst a small woodland, is just 1.5 miles away and makes for an easy walk for a waterside picnic. A short car ride will bring you to the foot of Lake Windermere and the River Leven, where you will find the villages of Newby Bridge, Lakeside, Finsthwaite and Backbarrow together with a selection of cafes, shops, galleries and boat trips. This is a truly remarkable property. Enter through the useful boot room before continuing through to the breathtaking main living area.
