The seaside towns of Arbroath, Carnoustie and Broughty Ferry are a short drive away and the vibrant city of Dundee is close at hand with a wealth of attractions including shopping and leisure facilities, as well as the new V&A museum now open! The immediate area is perfect for walking, cycling and mountain biking, but exploring slightly further a field why not visit the Angus glens and Cairngorms National Park and enjoy some splendid scenery. Entering the charming, single storey detached cottage from the garden, through to the well equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, coffee machine and breakfast bar area. Next you are met with the spacious comfortable lounge/diner, with TV/DVD, a selections of DVDs and board games to enjoy. The large dining table is the perfect place to sit down and catch up after a day out and about exploring. The sun room, has direct access to the garden which has open views across the fields. It is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a good book, with ample storage space for outdoor clothing and boots. Continuing through the hall you will find the stylish shower room with shower and WC. Then the traditional king size bedroom, followed by the pretty twin bedroom (please note the twin bedroom is accessed via the king size bedroom). Venturing outside, you will find the fully enclosed front garden with seating area.
