Bamburgh is famous for its three miles of wonderful sandy beach as well as a choice of shops, tearooms, pubs and restaurants. A mile away is the pretty village of Lucker, and there are several other castles nearby including Dunstanburgh and Warkworth. You can take boat trips to Holy Island or to the bird sanctuaries on the Farne Islands and Budle Bay is also ideal for bird watchers. The cottage is ideally located to enjoy lovely rural walks, cycle rides and days at the beach, by night enjoy dinner under the stars in the private garden with rural views. Tastefully furnished and with comfy seating, Smart TV, DVD, and a traditional wood burner set on reclaimed natural stone, the inviting and cosy lounge is ideal for unwinding in after a fantastic day exploring this beautiful area. You will also find a charming dining area for two.
