The front patio/garden is totally enclosed with a gate but the fence is just 90cm and dogs will need supervision. Smart TV in the lounge. 4 steps to enter property. Property lies adjacent to the railway line and about 100 yards from a level crossing with services up until about 11pm. However, the cottage has both modern sound and thermal insulation.
