3 bedrooms 1 en suite double, 1 twin and 1 single with additional single roll out bed for a 6th guest. 1 en suite bathroom and 1 bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Smart TV in the lounge. Wi Fi included. Enclosed garden with table and chairs and BBQ. Wood burner. Off road parking for 2 cars. 2 well behaved dogs welcome. The front patio/garden is totally enclosed with a gate but the fence is just 90cm and dogs will need supervision. Bed linen included. Heating and hot water included. Lockable shed for bicycles, surfboard and wetsuits. Property lies adjacent to the East Coast Mainline and about 100 yards from a level crossing with services up until about 11pm. However, the cottage has both modern sound and thermal insulation.
