Electric and central heating included. Private parking for 1 car. Wi Fi included. Smart TV/DVD in lounge. Conveniently situated perfectly between Sissinghurst Castle and Great Dixter House & Gardens. Private hot air balloon flights with champagne during the Summer months (subject to suitable weather conditions and arranged direct with the owner). Please note the garden is shared with the owners and their 2 Labradors, please supervise your dog whilst in the garden. As The Cow Shed and adjoining timber framed house are Listed buildings, smoking/vaping or any use of candles on site is prohibited

When not exploring the many footpaths that forge the rolling countryside, guests can head into nearby Tenterden and browse the wide range of independent shops or enjoy a delicious meal at the village pub in Rolvenden. A small courtyard brings you to a charming front door. Step inside and up one step to be greeted by a beautifully decorated open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Light the wood burner and curl up on the comfy sofa or the armchair and enjoy watching a movie on the Smart TV/DVD. The dining table and chairs makes for a delightful area in which to enjoy romantic meals which have been whipped up in the bespoke, well equipped kitchen. This spacious area boasts an electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, coffee machine and washer/dryer. Retreat after a long day to the bedroom which features a king size bed, and the property is completed with a beautiful bathroom that has a shower over bath and WC. A door from the rear of the cottage leads into the garden, which is shared with the owner. There is a private secluded seating area with a patio table and chairs for al fresco dining, or alternatively the owner has provided additional seating overlooking the adjacent orchard and countryside beyond.
