This is a wonderful walking and cycling area with direct access to a network of footpaths and cycling routes including the Stenbury Trail and a wonderful walk along the River Yar which extends from its source in Niton on the south coast to Bembridge, with its beautiful wetland area in the east. You may also enjoy fishing at the nearby lakes of Nettlecombe. On entering this delightful Grade II listed single level barn conversion you will find a light and spacious lounge. With plenty of comfy seating, TV/DVD and French doors opening into the garden, the welcoming and pretty lounge is an ideal space to relax in. You will also find a charming kitchen/diner with an attractive dining area and a stylishly designed kitchen fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, combi microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer. A hallway leads from the lounge to two cosy bedrooms. There s a spacious triple room with a single bed and a full size bunk bed, and there s also a lovely double bedroom. This is a lovely, light room with a small sitting area, TV and French doors opening into the garden. You will also find a shower room complete with WC. Stepping outside you will find a fully fenced and secure garden with a lovely lawn and garden furniture. There is a pathway of wooden sleepers and a sloped entrance from the garden to a gravel parking area at the side of the cottage where there is ample space to park two cars..
