Large driveway and parking area, shared with adjacent property. Please keep entrance gate closed at all times.. Wi Fi included. Shops 10 miles, pub and restaurant 7 miles. TV/DVD in lounge. Sleeps 9 1 on the double sofa bed in the lounge. Private water supply this is not suitable for drinking, guests are provided with complimentary bottled water. However, this is not unlimited, so clients may wish to supply their own bottled drinking water.. Grounds are enclosed by closing main entrance gate.

Nearby award winning Kielder Water & Forest Park offers water sports and some of the most challenging mountain bike trails in the UK. Visit the World Heritage site of Hadrian s Wall, the largest Roman monument in Europe. The beautiful unspoilt Northumberland coastline with splendid sandy beaches to explore, including Bamburgh and Lindisfarne with their magnificent castles, are all within touring distance. Entering the delightful period property from the lovely patio areas, through to the large rustic farmhouse kitchen with Aga, combi microwave, pantry with fridge/freezer and central island with seating area perfect for family gatherings. Next door to the kitchen to your right is the dining room, filled with characterful features and wood burner, the perfect place for the family to enjoy a good evening meal together. Finally, completing the ground floor is the utility/ boot room, with washing machine, tumble dryer and rear door out to the surrounding fields, with direct access onto the Pennine Way. Heading upstairs you will find four individually decorated bedrooms. A lovely spacious double bedroom with stylish en suite shower room and WC. A cosy double bedroom with forest views. Next to this is the fantastic bathroom with free standing, roll top bath, separate shower and WC. The third bedroom is a beautiful and spacious four poster king size bedroom, with views over Catcleugh reservoir. This is directly linked by a four poster king size bedroom, with an additional single sleigh bed. These two rooms create a perfect space for a family, there are an array of children's games too and magnificent views over Catcleugh Reservoir. Finally, completing the accommodation, is the spacious stylish shower room with shower and WC. Venturing outside there are two large patios with seating areas, the perfect places for alfresco dining and lazy evening star gazing, in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
