TV/DVD with Freeview in lounge and TV in bedroom. Enclosed courtyard with seating. Off road parking for 2 cars. Regret no washing machine however there is a laundrette a short drive away. Short breaks welcome during off peak. Pub and shop 1 mile in Ottery St Mary, beach 7 miles. Event The flaming tar barrels in November.

It hosts several annual events, including Pixie Day, carnival processions, and most famously, the flaming tar barrels in November. The seaside resorts of Branscombe, Beer and Lyme Regis are within easy reach and the regency seaside town of Sidmouth is a mere 6 miles away. It offers a beach with dog friendly sections, access to the World Heritage, South West Coastal Path, esplanade, water sports and Connaught Gardens. It also hosts the popular Sidmouth Folk Festival in August. The Cathedral City of Exeter is approximately 20mins away by car where you can explore the stunning cathedral, enjoy some retail therapy, a meal out or spend a couple of hours relaxing at the Quayside with its host of restaurants, curiosity shops and pedalos.
