A perfect spot for birdwatchers and nature lovers, the shingle beach, lagoons, marsh and reedbed support large numbers of wintering and migrating wildfowl and waders. The visitor centre offers stunning views across the marsh and out to sea. Cley also features unique art and crafts shops, galleries, specialist food shops and fabulous food. There are walking paths along the pebble beach, and the Norfolk Coastal Path takes you to Holme next the Sea and onto the ancient Peddars Way National Trail. On entering this charming single level holiday cottage you will find yourself in the welcoming and attractive stylishly designed kitchen, you will find it fully equipped with an electric oven with extractor, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, under counter fridge and a charming breakfast table. The lounge/diner is a spacious and inviting room offers plenty of comfy seating, a traditional wood burner, TV/DVD and a music system, and is a perfect space to relax in after a fantastic day exploring this beautiful area. You will also find a delightful dining area, ideal for six guests. The freezer is located in the nearby utility room, which also has plenty of space for storing coats, boots and shoes, and the washing machine is housed in the WC. Exploring this lovely property further you will find three cosy bedrooms. There s a double room with plenty of storage space, French doors lead through to the sun room/conservatory with cane furniture and tiled floor which overlooks and opens onto a patio area. An en suite bathroom complete with a shower over the bath and a WC. There s also a twin room with an en suite shower room with WC, and a bunk bedroom with full size beds. Stepping outside, a few steps lead down into the pretty front garden, which is extensively planted with a wide selection of roses. You can unwind, relax and dine al fresco in the delightful patio area complete with garden furniture. Off road parking is available for two cars on the side drive..
