To the north of the property, the seaside town of Wells next the Sea, a wonderful place to enjoy a day trip, whether you fancy a day at the seaside on the beautiful golden sands, a leisurely wander around the shops, or a boat trip around the harbour. On arrival at this cottage, guests come first to a hallway off from which a door leads through to the open plan living area comprising a lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area offers a comfortable place to relax and unwind with two sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed, a TV/DVD in the lounge, and a coal effect electric fire. Behind this area, the kitchen modestly sized kitchen area has been well designed to fit an excellent range of equipment, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Returning to the hallway, a second door leads through to the bedroom, a double room with storage space in a built in cupboard and chest of drawers. A third door from the hallway opens onto a wet room offering a shower and WC. Outside, there is a communal lawn seating area to the front of the cottage for which there is garden furniture provided. In addition to which there is a shared lawn area with views across to the pretty village church. There is covered off road parking for one car..
