The local village store / deli will deliver groceries on request. Travel cot and high chair are available with prior arrangement.

A village store stocks all the basics, but for more extensive supplies you will need to make the short, three mile drive to Sheringham. A traditional seaside town, it features a beach of fine sand, cliffs, shops, pubs and a steam railway that stops off at Weybourne on its route to the Georgian town of Holt. At the front of the house you enter through the front door into a lobby, from where you can access the large lounge with comfortable leather sofas, DVD and CD. French doors lead out to a pretty patio garden, an electric flame effect fire. The contemporary kitchen/diner features lovely tiled flooring and includes a microwave and dishwasher, as well as a chunky wooden dining table seating six. A utility room leading off the kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, separate freezer and coat racks. The ground floor also has a separate shower room with WC and underfloor heating. Up a flight of stairs you will find a trio of super comfortable bedrooms that each have built in wardrobes: one with a king size bed, one twin room and a single. The underfloor heated bathroom comprises a bath, shower over the bath and WC. Outside both the small front and larger rear gardens are enclosed by fencing so suitable for children and up to two dogs. The rear south facing garden features a patio area with wooden decking, table and chairs. Off road parking for two cars at the rear includes use of the garage for a car or for bicycles and beach equipment. There is additional off road parking at the front, though not part of the property so only when available. SLEEPS 4 1.
