Just under 12 miles away is the seaside town of Wells next the Sea which is a pretty harbour town with a sandy beach backed by pine trees and colourful beach huts.

The beach continues round to the magnificent Holkham Bay, part of the stunning Holkham Estate, at the heart of which lies Holkham Hall, a stunning Palladian manor house. The front door of this attractive property opens onto a hallway, off from which is the wonderfully spacious open plan living area, comprising a lounge/kitchen/diner with wooden floors, a beamed ceiling, and exposed brick walls. In the lounge area, comfortable leather seating offers plenty of space for guests to relax, whilst there is a TV/DVD for leisurely entertainment. At the opposite end of the room, the dining area has space to seat six, whilst the kitchen is well equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer, meanwhile, can be found in the communal area within the games room. One of the property s bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, an attractive dual aspect double room, next to which there is a shower room with a walk in shower and WC. Stairs from the living area lead up to the first floor where there are two more bedrooms, the first of which is an attractive king size room which has a beamed ceiling and space to store clothes in a chest of drawers. The property s third bedroom is a restful twin room, across the landing from which the contemporary style bathroom has a shower over bath and WC.
