The Wells and Walsingham Light Railway runs through the area, and you will be just a couple of miles from the medieval pilgrim village of Little Walsingham. Other charming market towns and villages within easy reach include Thornham, Holt and Fakenham, home of the Fakenham Racecourse. Pensthorpe Natural Park, the Holkham Estate and Sandringham are all nearby. On entering this delightful 18th century cottage, which retains several original features including exposed beams, you will find yourself in the comfortable and inviting lounge. Complete with TV, comfy seating and a traditional wood burner, the lounge is an ideal space to relax in at the end of a wonderful day. You will also find a charming dining room with original floorboards, beamed ceiling and space for six guests. Moving into the kitchen, a narrow galley style kitchen you will find it fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a ground floor WC. Going upstairs to the first floor you will find two cosy bedrooms. There s a twin room with extensive views, and a spacious double room with a king size bed, TV/DVD and an en suite shower room with WC. There is also a family bathroom complete with a shower over the bath and a WC. Stepping outside you will find a small enclosed rear garden, which is mainly paved, with a small lawn and garden furniture, and which enjoys views out over the playing field and pinewoods beyond. There is a larger front garden with seating, and off road parking is available for two cars..
