Enclosed patio area with picnic bench and BBQ (Please note that the lawn is not enclosed or separate from the neighbouring property). Off road parking for 4 cars. Shop and pub 3 miles, beach 12 miles. Can be rented with adjoining property "Alethopre Barn" KT002 to accommodate up to 8 guests.. Dogs must be kept on a lead when walking around the working farm due to many species of rare ground nesting birds in the area..

On arrival, you will be welcomed into the large hallway where you can leave coats and bags. There is a really useful WC cloakroom here too. The living area is a modern open plan space comprising of a lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen area is modern and fresh and benefits from electric oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There is a dining area which will seat 6 and looks over the fields, the perfect spot to enjoy a delicious dinner together. After enjoying your meal, you can retreat to the lounge area where you can sink into the comfy corner sofa and armchair and pop on the TV/DVD for a relaxed evening. The utility room is a great space to store coats and boots and is equipped with a washing machine and a freezer. Stairs lead you to the first floor where you can find the en suite bedrooms. The first bedroom is a large double bedroom with built in wardrobes and an en shower room with WC. The second bedroom is a twin bedroom with built in wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with a shower over and WC. Outside, there is a lovely, enclosed patio area to the rear of the property with garden furniture and BBQ which is separated from the neighbouring patio by a dividing fence for privacy. Beyond this there is a large lawn area which is shared with the next door property. This gives guests a wonderful sense of space and ensures far reaching panoramic views across the countryside.
