The local area is a haven for wildlife and birds and there are some fantastic bike tracks in Dalbeattie, one of the 7 Stanes Mountain biking trails. As you enter the cottage, you will find a large, bright lounge with an open fire, a Smart TV and comfy seating with views over the open fields. There is a twin bedroom off the lounge which again is bright and cheerful. From the lounge, up a step, you will enter the kitchen/diner. The kitchen offers lots of space to cook and is great for chatting while cooking. It's equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. From the kitchen, there is a lovely sunroom/conservatory with views across the garden and towards the sea. From the kitchen, the steep, cottage style staircase takes you up to the first floor; here you will find the king size bedroom and the bathroom which has a separate shower, roll top bath and WC. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and drying space. Outside, the raised patio area in the south facing garden offers fabulous sea views and is the perfect place to kick back with a good book. The enclosed garden also has a charcoal BBQ, lawn, and lots of hidden areas for you to explore on different levels. It's a great place to sit out at night and stargaze or enjoy during the day in the sunshine. Lockable storage is available for bikes and golf clubs.
