Regret no pets or children under 12 years. Private parking for 2 cars, access via a narrow gravel driveway. Lovely cottage style garden with furniture and summerhouse. Pubs, cinema, walks and shops 0.5 miles. The staircase in this property is slightly steeper than usual and features a small landing therefore maybe not suitable for those with limited mobility. Please note, although the property features double glazing throughout, the cathedral bells chime through the night. Security deposit of 200 required for Christmas & New Year breaks, payable to owner 3 weeks prior break commencing.

Ripon is just 3 miles from the spectacular ruins at Fountains Abbey and the trails around the Studley Water Gardens. Nearby Harrogate is home to several visitor attractions including the historic Spa and the grand gardens and open spaces of The Stray and RHS Harlow Carr. Enjoy a day at the races, a trip to Newby Hall, Ripon Cathedral, Ripley Castle, or one of the three local museums and much more. The cottage has also undergone the Joules treatment and its already lovely interior features have been made all the more beautiful by bold and colourful additions from the quintessentially British brand, Joules. Arrive via impressive iron gates and approach the cottage with its charming cottage style garden and views of the cathedral. Enter the property to find a handy boot room with laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer) and lots of room to store your luggage and coats. Just off the boot room is a wet room with a shower and WC. The beautiful country style kitchen/diner comes complete with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The dining area has a feature fireplace and a table with seating for four guests. The second bedroom is a double with a walk in wardrobe. Both bedrooms enjoy lovely views of Ripon Cathedral. The stylish bathroom has a waterfall shower, a bath and WC. The lovely, gravel country garden is well maintained with a summerhouse to make the most of sunnier days. You can also store two bicycles securely inside.
