3 bedrooms 1 double and 2 twins. 2 bathrooms (ground floor family bathroom, first floor family shower room). One medium sized dog up to Labrador size from the age of 2 years old welcome (Regret no puppies) . Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Electric and central heating included. Private parking for 2 cars. Beach, shop and pub within walking distance. TV in lounge. Charcoal BBQ available. Wi Fi available. Smoking is not permitted in the property. Due to the shortage of public transport, a vehicle is required for travel. Regret that there are no electric vehicle charging facilities at the property and will require you to charge your car at the nearest charging point during your stay.

Spend a day at the renowned village of Oxwich, which is just a short drive away. For a family fun day out explore caves, Iron Age forts, Medieval castles, churches and a lighthouse, all within easy reach. Mumbles also has a range of independent shops and eateries for you to try out. A great spot for families and couples alike. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). Enter into this detached dormer bungalow, into a good sized kitchen. This well equipped space has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine, along with a kitchen table to enjoy a relaxed breakfast. Through to a large lounge/diner with ample seating, TV and a wood burner effect gas fire. Heading through the inner hallway takes you to a ground floor twin bedroom and there is a ground floor bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Upstairs you will find a further two bedrooms both with lovely sea views, a master double and a second twin bedroom. There is a family shower room which offers a double walk in shower and WC, across the landing. Outside there is a large enclosed lawned garden with a patio area with outdoor furniture, ideal for children and your dog to play in. There is also a charcoal BBQ available. Private parking is for two cars and an outside storage room for those with bikes, wet suits or surf boards..
