Why not hop on board one of the seal watching boats which take visitors out to the nearby National Trust nature reserve. From the front door of this cottage on Mariners Hill, t he first room that guests come into is the sitting room with its beamed ceiling and inglenook fireplace. From the sitting room guests can enjoy the estuary views or simply cosy up and watch a favourite programme on the TV . Doors open onto Mariners Hill which commands the finest views in Blakeney and where guests can enjoy a cup of tea / glass of wine and watch the sunsets over the estuary. Moving through to the charming kitchen/diner, an attractive room with a welcoming, homely feel to it. The dining table seats eight guests, whilst the range of kitchen equipment includes a Range cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Wooden stairs from the sitting room lead up to the bedroom on the first floor, where guests will find an antique double bed, a built in wardrobe, and a prettily tiled feature fireplace, as well as a recently refurbished en suite shower room with power shower and WC. The cottage also benefits from a new high pressure water system providing high pressure hot and cold water throughout and a new Monarch water softener. Outside, to the rear of the cottage there is a private sunny south facing patio garden for which there is garden furniture provided, offering guests a pleasant spot to sit out and enjoy relaxed al fresco dining.
