Set over two floors, the ground floor is home to the spacious open plan lounge/dining area which is full of charm, original features and timeless furniture. At the centre is the wood burner providing warmth and a cosy ambience on chilly evenings or cold, winter days, whilst the light walls create a sense of space. Also on the ground floor is the country style kitchen, which is well equipped and has views of the beautiful garden. Upstairs, you will find the two bedrooms: one king size and one twin. Both have an effortlessly simple country feel and are warm and welcoming. The perfect place to rest those weary legs after a day of exploring. The family bathroom is nestled between the two rooms. Outside, there is a wonderful courtyard to the front of the house, but it is the garden to the rear that adds the wow factor. With its manicured lawn, mature trees and views across the neighbouring paddock, it is the perfect location for a glass of wine and a BBQ on a warm, summer's evening.
