3 bedrooms 1 king size, 1 double and 1 twin, all with TVs. 2 bathrooms 1 downstairs and 1 upstairs, both with a bath and shower. Kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer, fridge/freezer. Smart TV. Wi Fi included. Underfloor heating and wood burner. Ample off road parking. Unfortunately, EV charging is not possible at the cottage. There are local EV points in Kirkbymoorside, Pickering and Helmsley. Pub less than 100 yards. Enclosed Garden (wire fence) leading directly from the property, with lawn and stone patio (BBQ use is permitted though not provided). Regret no BBQ available. Shop within 5 miles. 2 dogs welcome maximum medium sized, well behaved, quiet dogs welcomed in this cottage. Pets must not be left unattended in the cottage unless they are happy to be caged (cage not provided) and are not likely to bark. We kindly request that they are not allowed in bedrooms or on the furniture. Floorplan available upon request for your information. Bookings only to start on a Friday or Monday.

There is a convenient utility room downstairs as well as a vast family bathroom with a roll top bath and separate shower. Upstairs, there are three generous bedrooms (one king size, one double and a twin), once again lovingly decorated in a simple, sophisticated style. There is a further bathroom on this floor with another bath and separate walk in shower. Outside, there is a large, lawned garden, which the kids and four legged friends will love running around.
