The heavy oak front door leads into a tiled hall with a cloakroom/shower room. On arrival you will encounter the kitchen with its feature fireplace, tiled floor and door to the garden. The kitchen comes equipped with an oven and hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine, freezer and dishwasher. The drawing room has some of the best period features including historic Norman arch and window seat and stone mullion windows. The views from this property are outstanding and extend throughout the vicarage. A beautiful marble fireplace and open fire make this room cosy and elegant. There is also a utility room on this level with a tumble dryer inside. A period staircase with high ceiling leads up to the first floor where there are two double bedrooms (one en suite), a separate family bathroom with wet room shower. A more modern sitting room is here on the first floor with TV and comfortable furniture for relaxation. The second floor, set into the eaves, houses two further bedrooms one being a twin and the other a zip and link double. The property has low door frames and reduced ceiling height in eaves. The outside area of this property is vast with many exquisite features.
