Double electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave/grill, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer. Open fire logs included. Electricity included. TV with Freeview, DVD, radio. Wi Fi included. Telephone with an honesty box. Extensive private gardens and grounds, with small paved terrace, garden furniture, side wooden decking area and woodland leading down to a river. Unlimited driveway parking. 2 dogs welcome. Complex of properties. Please note: The water supply at Lilybank is from a private supply. From time to time the water supply filters may clog and in turn affect the supply to the house. In the event of this happening drinking water and water for flushing toilets would be provided until the filters could be cleared. Also as a precaution, some bottled water will be provided for brushing teeth and drinking.. Restaurants, bars and shops within 6 miles.

With superb views across to Arran, Ostel Bay Beach (8.5 miles) is remote and ravishing; stop for a cream tea at Kilbride Farm Cafe. Portavadie (6 miles) is home to an impressive marina and marvellous shops, bars and eateries. Explore the sapphire waters with Fyne Sea Tours, based in Cairndow (5.5 miles); discover the multi coloured charms of Tarbert, Arran's splendiferous delights, the seven castles of Loch Fyne, the breathtaking Burnt Isles and pretty Caladh Harbour. Lots of love and care have been lavished on this heavenly cottage. You and your friends or family will love the traditional charm, from the old oak settles in the kitchen and hallway to the lounge's open fireplace and the south facing, wood lined conservatory with its semi panoramic vistas.
