4 bedrooms on the ground floor is 1 twin, on the first floor is 1 master double, 1 further double and 1 twin. 3 bathrooms on the ground floor is 1 large shower room and separate WC, on the first floor is 1 en suite shower room and WC (to the master double) and 1 family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Linen provided but NOT towels. Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Utility room with washing machine/dryer. TV, DVD. Sunroom with TV and CD player. Wi Fi included. Ample off road parking. Large secluded south facing patio area. External sun house with decking and seating. 1 dog welcome. Nearest pub is The Bacharo Inn on the waterfront 0.6 miles from the property. Nearest shop is 6 miles.

Even on those cold and wintery nights you can make yourself cosy in the sunroom and still enjoy the landscape around you. Within walking distance is Badachro, a former fishing village and classed as one of the most scenic places to visit while you are in Scotland. Inside the house, the ground floor comprises of a spacious lounge with TV, DVD, CD and electric fire. Patio doors lead from this room out into the large enclosed garden with its south facing patio. The kitchen is large and well equipped with microwave, electric oven and hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Adjoining the kitchen is the breakfast area and dining room, also with doors leading outside to the garden. There is a utility room with washing machine/dryer, shower room and separate WC. One of the twin bedrooms also lies on the ground floor. On the first floor, we have the master double bedroom with en suite shower room and WC, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath, WC and heated towel rail. Outside but adjoining the main house is the large sunroom for you to socialise and relax in making the most of those inspiring views.
