1 mile away you'll find the ruins of Guisachan House: the home of the first golden retriever. Tomich evens houses a large statue of one to mark the birthplace of this well loved breed. Step inside this charming cottage, complete with climbing wallflowers and lattice windows for an authentic highlands home. Situated on the ground floor you'll find the lounge, with traditional decor, a TV and a cosy wood burner with all of your logs included: there's no better place to spend a quiet evening in with your family. Through the hallway, the contemporary kitchen/diner is well equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer all in one space for convenience. On this floor there is also a beautifully decorated single bedroom, a shower room with WC and a lovely sunroom with table and chairs to enjoy the woodland scenery.
