3 bedrooms 2 doubles and 1 twin 1 sofa bed in TV room. 1 bathroom shower over bath and WC . Fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, washing machine. TV/DVD, radio, CD player. Wi Fi included please note that the connection can be slow and sometimes temperamental. This is simply because the cottage is in a beautiful rural location a peaceful part of the world which is perfect for relaxing. Garden with outdoor dining set, BBQ and small pond children must be supervised. Open fire fuel included. Stairgate available. Parking on driveway. Heating and electricity included. 2 dogs welcome. Shop and pub 4 miles. Please note that the first floor of this property is accessed by steep ladder style stairs, care must be taken and children to be supervised at all times. Outhouse with table tennis. Maximum occupancy is for 4 people.

This cottage offers a cosy space to relax after a long day of exploring. Two lounge areas offer space to relax on the ground floor. The first is a more formal sitting room with an open fire, sofa and a charming rocking chair. Across the corridor, a second lounge acts as a TV room, with DVD player and a handful of toys for children. Heading back into the main sitting room and you ll find a dining table underneath a window with remarkable scenery. The kitchen can be found to the rear of the property and offers a fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave and washing machine. The ground floor boasts a double bedroom with spacious wardrobe and garden views, and a shared bathroom with WC and shower over the bath. The first floor can be accessed via a unique ladder style staircase in the central hallway. Upstairs you ll find two attic bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and large windows: a cosy twin and compact double. Outside, a substantial outbuilding provides secure storage for outdoor equipment. This is an ideal place for relaxing and to enjoy the wide variety of wildlife, with red squirrels regular visitors. Venture into the Cairngorms National Park for a day of walking and exploration, or enjoy investigating the meadow and woodland of Crown Estate of Glenlivet..
