3 bedrooms 1 king size, 1 double and 1 twin. 2 bathrooms 1 en suite shower room and 1 bathroom. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Private hot tub. Shared utility room with coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer. Shared swimming pool (May September), children's play area, games room and on site bar (summer months only). Electric and oil central heating included. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shop and pub 3 miles. The swimming pool will be open with social distancing rules in place, but everything else will remain closed. .

Just down the road in Torrington, attractions include RHS Rosemoor Gardens, the excellent Plough Arts Centre for interesting movies and Dartington Crystal. For those who fancy venturing a little further, pretty Clovelly is a seaside village with steep cobbled streets that lead down to a harbour and the sea. For water sports and fishing, Tamar Lakes is a short drive away.
