The property is within easy reach of the historic town of Arbroath, famed for the Arbroath Smokie, with its splendid abbey, harbour, sandy beaches and stunning sandstone cliffs. Visit Lunan Bay, 10 miles to the north east. The area is perfect for walking, cycling and hiking with coastal paths, woodland walks, country park trails and the Angus Glens. The city of Dundee is close by with shopping and leisure facilities including the V&A museum.
