Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, and full size fridge/freezer. Double fronted wood burner (initial supply of logs included). Smart TVs in the lounge and both bedrooms. Record player (with a collection of records), blue tooth speaker, dvd player (with a selection of dvds), books, magazines and an assortment of board and card games. Patio/garden area with dining table and chairs, sun loungers and BBQ. Private hot tub; please note the hot tub is emptied and cleaned after each booking therefore the water may not be to optimum temperature when you arrive. Regret no smoking. Private parking for 2 cars. Selection of pubs and village store less than a mile drive away. Use of the owner s gym can be arranged with owner. Due to the convenient location of the cottage there may be some road noise. Please note that this property is only accessible by car. The owner will only accept a minimum of 4 nights.
