It s no surprise that sailing is enjoyed here, when Saltford was the venue for the first Bath Regatta back in 1849. Eating out couldn t be easier with such a wonderful selection of places to choose from within walking distance, if you d prefer to bring the restaurant experience to you then the owners can arrange for a chef to come to the house and provide you with a more private dining experience with all the luxuries of restaurant quality food. Enter the house into the hallway. The lounge is an ideal place to relax on the sofas after a busy day while you watch your favourite movie on the Smart TV. Patio doors lead out into the garden. The wonderfully social open plan kitchen/diner comes with two electric ovens and a gas hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer and dishwasher. In the dining area there is plenty of space around the table to comfortably seat the whole group. Finally, the utility room with washing machine and dryer, shower and WC, completes the ground floor. Heading up to the first floor, where five of the eight themed bedrooms in the house offers are located. The Palm tree double bedroom with TV, a door opening up to the patio area and en suite shower room and WC, London themed room with double bed and two additional triple bunk beds with TV and Xbox, complete with en suite shower room and WC. The space themed double sits next to the luxury red bedroom with four poster double bed boasting a Juliet balcony overlooking the garden, this room benefits from a feature copper bathtub situated in the room, the final themed bedroom on this floor is the Under the Water double bedroom which sits next to the bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Head up to the second floor where the final three bedrooms are, a New York room with a double and additional single bed, which can convert to a double, with TV and en suite shower room with WC, the Forest double bedroom, and the Mountains Peak double bedroom. The bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC completes this floor. The enclosed outdoor area, mainly paved to patio with some carefully selected lawned sections, really enhances the offering of this property. It s a wonderfully social space to relax in whether it s in the sunken hot tub with enough room for up to 12, taking some time out in the barrel sauna or enjoying sometime in the games room shooting some pool or simply sitting at the bar taking in the whole experience, this property really does have something for everyone.
