Outdoor utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. Off road parking for 1 car close to property. Beach 9 miles, pubs and shops within walking distance. Smart TV in the lounge and Bluetooth radio. Enclosed garden with lawn and furniture (please note unenclosed pond, care to be taken with dogs and children). Babes in Arms welcome, will need to provide own travel cot and high chair. Regret no infants due to pond.
