Smart TV in the snug and TV with DVD player in the open plan/lounge/kitchen. 2 bedrooms 1 twin zip and link that can be made into a super king size on request and 1 double. 1 shower room and 1 en suite bathroom. Private Hot Tub charged at 120 per week or 80 for a short break, payable locally with the owners. Zappy Electric Car Point. Fast/Full charge is charged at 10.00 per car. Electric oven with induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Enclosed patio with seating area and fully enclosed garden. Tassimo Coffee machine provided. A very central location , ideal for exploring every corner of the beautiful Borderlands. Enjoy a day out at Kelso races. Try clay pigeon shooting at nearby Bisley at Braidwood. Visit the grand stately homes of Abbotsford, Mellerstain and Manderson, or the wonderful castles of Floors and Thirlestane. The immediate area is a paradise for walkers and hikers with St Cuthbert s Way, Cheviot and Eildon hills to explore and fishermen will be delighted with the river Tweed, renowned for its excellent Salmon & Trout fishing. Stepping inside this stylish detached cottage into the hall with ample storage space for your outdoor clothing.
