Walk through the town or visit one of the cafés and restaurants which line the main street to admire the Forth Road bridges that cross over to Fife. Just a drive away to Edinburgh, this is a great location to explore the city or enjoy the Festival which takes place every August. Lovely woodland walks are available from your door and the area has numerous golf courses and bike tracks to explore. Enter the house into the hallway, there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom at the end of the hallway which has a shower over bath and WC. The spacious lounge has comfy seating, Smart TV and a cosy wood burner to curl up at the end of the day and watch a good movie. The lounge also has a large dining table and a lovely panelled feature wall and stunning cast iron radiator adds to the features. The kitchen is off the lounge, it is compact but well equipped with built in combi microwave oven, electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. You can access the rear garden area from the kitchen. Heading outside there is an enclosed garden with lawned area and a raised decking with outdoor seating.
