The coastline is only a short drive away, where you choose between the wide sandy beaches of Westward Ho! and Saunton Sands, the spectacular cliffs above Bideford Bay, Hartland Quay, the many tiny coves or the cobbled, harbourside village of Clovelly. Stepping into this spacious bungalow it immediately offers a comfortable and welcoming holiday home, entering the hallway a stylish bathroom is on your right with storage, bath with shower over and WC. The kitchen/diner is then further on with a well fitted and equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, and dishwasher, a good size table and chairs allows everyone to sit and eat together and the adjacent utility room houses a fridge freezer and washing machine. The spacious lounge has a large Smart TV, comfy seating and a wood burner. French doors open out onto the raised terrace and overlooks the lawn garden with giant jenga and Connect 4 as well as superb countryside views. this room is a great place to relax after a day s exploring. Heading back through the hallway there are three bedrooms, one king size with en suite shower and WC, one double and lastly a twin room with TV. Heading outside there is a raised patio area with garden furniture and around the corner a small bistro table and chairs offer a small private spot to sit and enjoy a glass of something bubbly. The patio leads down a couple of steps to a good size lawn area with charcoal BBQ. A great pace to enjoy some quality time.
